PetTech Pet First Aid & CPR

According to the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA):

  • 92% of dogs and cats will experience an emergency in their lifetime.
  • 60% of animal hospital visits are emergency in nature.
  • 1-out-of-4 more pets would survive if just one pet first aid technique was applied prior to getting emergency veterinary care.

Most pet medical emergencies happen outside of the veterinarian’s office. And the first on scene will most likely by YOU. Are you prepared to give your pet a fighting chance to survive?  Our PetTech programs will give you the knowledge necessary to act in the event of an emergency with your dog or cat. It will also provide basic first aid training for common injuries that could happen any day to the pets we love.

Why choose PetTech training? Many other training courses, including Red Cross’s pet safety courses, were adapted from human techniques. Animals obviously have many unique needs, and PetTech’s international training center is the first and largest to provide a program developed by professional Veterinarians that are dedicated to keeping pets safe in the case of emergency. It is a must have certification for any pet professional including dog trainers, groomers, and especially pet sitters and boarders.
